This course will cover:

Pre-requisites

A solid understanding of network operations, BGP fundamentals, and Internet routing technologies.

  • Prefix-list filtering, as-path filtering and route-map knowledge are optionals.
  • Target Audience

    Technical staff (network engineers, NOC operators, and IT professionals) responsible for managing, optimizing, or troubleshooting BGP in service provider, enterprise, or data center environments. This workshop is ideal for professionals looking to deepen their understanding of BGP fundamentals, and improve network stability.

    Pre-requisites

    A solid understanding of network operations, BGP fundamentals, and Internet routing technologies. Familiarity with the OSI reference model, TCP/IP, and basic networking concepts is required. Participants should have hands-on experience with IP networking, route configuration, and troubleshooting. Basic command-line (CLI) skills for configuring network devices are essential.
